Apply For A Scholarship or Grant

To apply for a scholarship or grant, please print out the appropriate application below, complete it and return it to the High School Guidance Office (for the Scholarship Application). To return the Grant Application print it out and deliver it to 69410 Section St, Edwardsburg, MI, 49112. If you complete this form online, once you click on the 'Submit by Email' button, copy and paste the following email address into the 'To' section of the email:

   info@EdwardsburgPublicSchoolsFoundation.org.

The address in the current form will not be delivered to the foundation.   You can also print the form and mail it to the Foundation if you wish.  The Mini-Grant form is in the PDF format and Adobe Reader is required to view it. To download Adobe Reader click here. The form can be filled out in Adobe Reader.  The Scholarship Application is a Microsoft Word document and cannot be completed online.
